室内设计统筹（外资项目）Interior design co-ordinate

职位描述:

1. 负责与外资项目业主进行项目沟通、分析及安排，跟踪项目在设计各阶段的贯彻落实；
2. 负责设计项目的总体设计进程，带领设计团队完成高质量的设计工作；
3. 配合公司重点项目及新品牌的研发工作。

任职资格：

1. 五年以上中高端外资商业类项目设计的统筹经验；
2. 英语流利，沟通能力强；
3. 国籍不限。

Job description:

1. To be responsible for communication, analysis and arrangement with foreign-funded project owners, and follow up the implementation of the project at all stages of design.
2. responsible for the overall design process of the design project, and lead the design team to complete the high quality design work.
3. cooperate with company's key projects and research and development of new brands.

Qualifications:

1. more than five years overall planning experience in mid and high-end foreign commercial projects.
2. fluent in English and strongcommunication skills.
3. nationality is not restricted.
