室内设计总监

工作职责/ Role and Responsibilities

1.　　 负责项目的整体创意设计，审核并调整设计方向；

Responsible for the overall creative design of the project, review and adjust the design direction

统筹协调各专业，对整个设计的全过程进行把控，包括分工、进度、质量、成本等，确保各项目按预期计划有效实施；

To coordinate each major, control the process of the whole design, including work allocation, project schedule, design quality and project cost, etc., to ensure that each project is effectively implemented as planned

2.　　 负责项目设计过程中各环节设计成果与甲方的沟通和协调，及时有效地解决与甲方沟通

过程中的各项技术问题，保持与甲方良好的合作关系；

Monitor every project milestone throughout the whole design process, communicate and coordinate with the client timely and effectively, also to solve the technical issues as needed, and maintain a good cooperation with the client

3.　　 负责部门设计人员的技术培训和技术能力的考核，有针对性进行人才培养，不断提高部门设计人员的专业技术能力及工作效率；

Responsible for team competence management. Evaluate team member's technical ability, define team training needs, train up people as needed, continuously improve team competence and improve the work efficiency of the whole team.

4.　　 全面负责设计领域技术方向的研究和总体规划，及时指导、处理、协调和解决项目过程

中的各项技术问题，确保能给予设计团队充分的技术支持和外部技术咨询；

Fully responsible for the research and technical direction during the design, and to guide, manage, coordinate and solve the technical issues in the process of project in a timely manner, provide sufficient technical support and external technical consultation for the team.

5.　　 配合完成公司安排的其他工作。

　　 To cooperate and complete other work assigned by the company.

任职要求：Job Requirements

1.室内设计、艺术设计等相关专业，本科及以上学历；

Bachelors Degree or higher qualification in Interior Design;

2.具有室内设计行业 15 年以上工作经验，并且拥有杰出作品案例；

Minimum of 15 years experience in the field of Interior Design;

3.熟练的手绘美术功底，熟练操作 CAD，3D，PS 等相关绘图软件及办公软件；

Proficiency in sketching, AutoCAD, Sketch-Up, 3D, Photoshop software;

4.把握设计效果能力强，有很强的设计理念及独到艺术见解；

Creative with strong design philosophy;

5.有职业道德，高度责任心，思路清晰，有良好的沟通与组织协调能力；

Professional ethics, highly responsible, good communication and organization skills;

6.较高的艺术气质和修养、较强的方案创意、方案讲解、客户说服能力；

Skilled at presentation, design, detailing, time management and people management;

7.　　 英文听说流利者优先考虑。

Proficiency in English is preferable.
