【岗位职责】

担当多项目方案或全程设计能力，带领设计团队高效工作

【任职资格】

海内外建筑专业毕业

8年以上工作经验/ 外企或海外工作经历佳；

精通商业逻辑、商业规划及平面布局，具设计美感

对商业设计制图和模型软件应用熟悉，草图能力强

在大型项目及建成项目有资深经验优先；

热爱设计且有较强的执行、创新能力、团队合作精神。

Responsibilities：

undertake the whole process of the multi projects independently, guidance to team designers effectively

Required Qualifications：

Bachelors’ Degree in Architecture

8+ years experiences

Strong graphic and visualization skills to communicate design ideas

Must be a motivated self-starter with the ability to solve problem both individually and as a part of a project team

Architectural Registration will be plus
