　　WARNER Architecture Studio is searching for a designer with healthcare facility design background to join our growing Beijing office. This Healthcare designer should have experience in different healthcare projects and enjoy healthcare design work. The healthcare designer will implement Company’s Guiding Principles (Vision and Mission) in the planning and documentation for multiple projects and teams. It is vital that the candidate has a knowledge of guidelines for programming, medical planning, design and construction of healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will be able to work both within a highly collaborative team setting and be able to work independently to meet client objectives.

　　华纳鸿业建筑设计咨询（北京）有限公司希望吸纳有丰富医疗设施设计经验的医疗规划设计师或医疗建筑师加入我们日益成长的北京设计团队。医疗流程规划师或医疗建筑设计师需要有足够的医疗建筑设计经验，并热爱医疗建筑设计，认为设计不仅能够更好的为医院服务，更能通过设计在一定程度上改善医院的空间和诊疗行为。能从咨询策划、设计竞标阶段、方案设计阶段、设计扩初阶段及进入施工阶段参与设计工作。应聘者即应有团队工作能力，又应有独立完成工作以达到客户要求的能力。

Responsibilities will primarily include:

· 　Medical space planning, including programming, concept layout and document development

· 　Experience leading, coordinating and facilitating client user group meetings, including development of related deliverables

·　 Experience working on projects at a variety of scales and an emphasis on the craft of design

· 　Strong understanding of medical equipment and relevant coordination

· 　Research in innovative healthcare planning concepts

·　 Participate in all phases of design through construction

· 　Communication with our clients and our China team.

· 　Participate project design team design charrettes, design production, renderings, models, and graphic presentations

·　 High level of comfort working collaboratively in integrated, multi-disciplinary teams

主要职责：

·　　医疗项目空间规划、包括功能面积规划、概念性布局和医疗流程规划

·　　有领导、协调和促进客户会议的经验，包括各个阶段的可交付成果提交

·　　有各类规模的医疗项目经验，并注重精细化设计

·　　对各类医疗设备有很深入的了解并能很好的协调配合

·　　参与研究创新医疗规划

·　　参与设计全过程的能力，有从概念设计到施工图完成的各个阶段的流程设计工作经验

·　　整理客户意见反馈并有效地解决问题，有效和国内团队以及国际设计人员沟通协作

·　　参与项目设计团队进行内部设计研讨会，提供设计成果、效果图、模型和图纸等

·　　能够适应和其他咨询和多专业团队的协调和团队工作

Qualifications and Experience:

-　 Minimum 5 years healthcare architecture experience;

- 　Bachelors degree at an accredited university is required, Professional Licensure is a plus.

-　 Strong Healthcare design medical space planning and technical skills;

- 　Ability to work effectively and meet project schedules;

-　 Flexible to working in a fast-paced work environment

-　 An effective communicator in Mandarin and English

- 　Proficient in related technologies, such as, Revit, SketchUp, Autocad, Photoshop, Microsoft Office, Indesign etc.

- 　Strong Research abilities

-　　至少5年医疗项目建筑设计经验

-　　正规国家承认大学本科毕业，有专业认证（一级注册）优先

-　　丰富的医疗项目设计经验和技术技能

-　　能够高效、自如并成功的完成工作

-　　能够胜任快节奏的工作氛围

-　　良好的沟通技巧，熟练掌握中文普通话和英文

-  　精通相关设计技能，如熟练使用 Revit, SketchUp, Autocad, Photoshop, Microsoft Office，Indesign等

-　　丰富的调研能力
