高级建筑师 Senior Architect [长沙办公室]

建筑学本科及以上学历，有施工图经验，3-5年工作经验，一筑优先；

对建筑方案有较好的领悟能力，并将方案思路完好的实施到施工图设计中；

对施工图建筑构造有充分的了解；

熟练应用 Rhino, Sketch-up, Lumion 等专业软件；

曾参与过大型商业综合体项目，有较强的设计经验及表达能力；

工资面议，我们将给与超长沙市场30%的年薪；

Senior architect [Changsha office]

Bachelor degree or above in architecture, working experience in construction drawing, 3-5 years working experience.

Can independently undertake all types of single project construction drawings design tasks (including general drawings, civil air defense basement);

Have a good understanding of the building plan, and implement the idea of the plan in the construction drawing design.

Have a thorough understanding of construction drawings.

Communication skills

Proficient in application and otherRhino, Sketch-up, Lumion  professional software.
