岗位职责： 此岗位在公司团队中提供美术设计支持： 1、发挥美术功底优势，参与设计并制定公司各类项目成果的美术效果标准（包括宣传册展示、文本展示、网站展示、VI设计、各类活动图片排版展示等），对成果展示设计进行动态维护与创新； 2、协助团队完成设计成果表现及制作，例如：承担方案文本平面设计、成果色彩表现、展板设计等； 3、负责公司的宣传，产品图集设计，宣传册设计，平面设计，形象展示工作. 任职资格： 1、正规院校，广告学或平面设计相关专业，专科以上学历； 2、能熟练使用Indesign、AI、PS等相关平面设计工具，并用以上软件准确表达创意；如能简单使用CAD尤佳； 3、熟悉平面设计类工作（宣传册、VI设计、装帧设计等）； 4、具备资深的美术平面设计功底，较高的艺术修养； 5、对建筑设计行业有一定了解及审美，能独立完成平面设计、画册、平面宣传品的设计等相关方面的创意及设计制作工作；能根据公司营销策略将文案与平面设计进行深度融合。 Responsibilities: This position provides support for art design in the company team: 1. Making use of art skills to involve in art effect standard design and development of various project results (including brochure display, text display, website display, VI design, picture typesetting display of various activities, etc.), conducting dynamic maintenance and innovation for result display design; 2. Assisting the team to complete the display and production of design result, such as: taking on graphic design of scheme text, color performance of results, project PPT, panels and animation design; 3. Responsible for the company's promotion, product portfolio design, brochure design, graphic design and image display work. Requirements: 1. Colledge degree or above in Advertising or graphic design related majors from formal institutions, at least one year of work experience; 2. Proficient in Indesign, AI, PS and other related graphic design tools and able to express creativity accurately with the above softwares; ability in CAD a plus; 3. Familiar with graphic design work (brochures, VI design, graphic design, web design, multimedia interactive interface design, etc.); 4. Having senior art graphic design skills, high artistic accomplishment ; 5. Having some understanding and aesthetic judgement of architectural design, able to complete graphic design, picture album, plane advertisment design and other related creative and design work; able to deeply integrate copywriting and graphic design according to the company's marketing strategy. |
