岗位职责：

1、协助建筑师完成规划和方案设计工作；

2、负责项目基础数据的计算、核对（例如经济技术指标的计算、面积的计算等）；

3、负责项目的基本汇报文件整合及文本制作；

4、完成主创建筑师、项目建筑师的工作安排；

5、确保与项目建筑师的充分沟通，按时保质的完成相应的工作任务。

任职资格：

1、建筑学相关专业本科以上学历；

2、2年以上相关工作经验；

3、熟悉建筑规范和建筑制图，熟练掌握autocad、photoshop、skecthup、in Design等设计软件；

4、对于建筑空间,建筑尺度和建筑功能有相当程度的理解力,能在主持建筑师指导下,合作或独立完成进一步的设计工作；

5、具有较强的设计意图领悟和执行的能力，善于沟通，具备良好的团队合作精神。

Responsibilities:

1. Assisting the architect to complete planning and scheme design;

2. Calculating and checking basic data of projects (for example, the economic and technical indicator calculation, area calculation, etc.);

3. Organizing and writing basic reporting documents;

4. Completing work assigned by the Chief Architect and Project Architect;

5. Ensuring sufficient communication with the project architect, completing corresponding task on time and with good quality.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree or above in architecture related majors;

2. At least 2 years of related working experience;

3. Familiar with building codes and construction drawings, proficient in autocad, photoshop, skecthup, inDesign and other design softwares;

4. Having a high degree of understanding in architectural space, architectural scale and building function, able to complete further design work independently or in cooperation under the guidance of chief architects;

5. Having strong perception in design intent and strong execution capability, good at communicating, having good team spirit.
