规划设计师 / 助理规划设计师 职位描述

岗位职责：

1. 於指導下，執行城市设计和总体规划项目；

2. 支援規劃分析研究工作；

3. 協助主創設計師對設計方案進行深化和完善；

4. 准备及協調團隊製作报告 / 匯報文件 / 图纸 / 插圖；

5. 需與外籍設計師進行協調沟通。

Responsibilities:

1. Implement urban design and masterplan development projects under the direction of a senior;

2. Support research and analysis work related to urban planning;

3. Assist the chief designer with developing and refining design schemes;

4. Prepare and coordinate with the team to produce reports / presentations / diagrams / illustrations;

5. Communication with foreign designers is required.

任职资格：

1. 获得正规院校城市规划 / 城市設計专业学士学位及以上；

2. 4-5年的大型城市设计、总体规划、控制性详细规划和概念性建筑项目方面的经验；

3. 有中国规划项目的经验,并且熟悉中国政府城市规划的规章和条款

4. 能充分發揮團隊合作精神，且可独立工作；

5. 熟練掌握AutoCAD, Adobe Design CS, Sketchup and/or 3dMax等專業繪圖軟件；

6. 良好的设计感 / 在竞赛中获奖会是主要优势；

7. 良好的报告撰写技巧；

8. 深厚的中文文字功底；

9. 良好的中英文写作及说话技巧；

10. 對景觀設計及建築設計工作有認識及經驗者有優勢。

Qualifications:

1. Attained a professional bachelor degree or above in Urban Planning / Urban Design at a recognized institute;

2. A minimum of 4-5 years work experience in projects related to large scale urban design, masterplanning, regulatory detailed planning and conceptual architecture;

3. Experience in urban planning projects in China, and well-versed in urban planning ordinances and regulations in China;

4. Able to work effectively as part of a team as well as work independently;

5. Proficiency in professional drawing software such as AutoCAD, Adobe Design CS, Sketchup and/or 3dMax;

6. Excellent design sense or past awards received in design competitions will be a major advantage;

7. Excellent report writing skills;

8. Good knowledge and experience with Chinese writing background;

9. Good written and spoken Chinese and English;

10. Experience in or familiarity with landscape design or architectural design will be an advantage.
