　　In 1999, the world largest zero-carbon mixed use sustainable community was designed by ZED. And this design was completed and occupied in 2002, the world famous Beddington(BedZED). And numerous of award winning design was made after BedZED.

　　ZED was landed in Shanghai China from 2009, after just a year of developing, ZED China now have four agencies. Shanghai Ling Tan Technology CO.,Ltd is now open recruiting and specialized in building energy conservation, zero-carbon eco-tech construction company. Urban planning, landscape design, architectural design, interior design, an integrated design firm. Using the most advanced technology to reduce building energy consumption.

　　ZED Shanghai centre has allianced with many domestic partners, customers in the field include the government departments, real estate development companies, building material manufacturers, machinery manufacturers and the Planning and Design Institute and so on. Vanke display zero house in Shenzhen has been completed, the Shenzhen Exhibition Center Vanke Architecture Research Base has been designed by ZED too.
