规划设计师

岗位职责

–　　 根据项目要求，与资深规划师、项目经理共同商讨整体定位、主题、规划设计思路、整体方案等，能独立完成各类规划子项文件，协助主创完成各类工作。

–　　 完成基础资料收集、整理、分析等前期工作。

–　　 编制规划方案各阶段的设计文件，完成图纸、说明、文本、方案汇报稿等设计工作

–　　 独立或在团队资深成员的指导下，对项目主管所做的策划、城市规划方案进行深化和完善

–　　 根据项目需要和任务分配，完成自己的工作职责

职位要求

–　　 城市规划专业，学士或硕士学历。

–　　 3年以上城市规划工作经验

–　　 有较强的文字功底、方案能力、手绘能力等专业技能，

–　　 熟悉国家建筑、城市规划专业设计规范

–　　 熟练掌握OFFICE、PHOTOSHOP、CAD、SKETCHUP、AI等设计软件及办公软件

–　　 熟悉文旅规划者更佳

Urban Planner

Job Responsibility:

–　　 According to the project requirements, working with senior planner / PM to discuss the overall positioning, theme, planning and design ideas, overall plan, etc.

Can independently complete various planning sub-documents.

Assist the creative designer to complete various types of work.

–　　 Complete the preliminary work of collecting, sorting and analyzing basic data.

–　　 Prepare design documents for each stage of the planning

Complete design work such as drawings, explanations, texts, and drafts of the plan

–　　 Deepen and complete the urban planning under the guidance of senior team members.

–　　 Complete job responsibilities according to project needs and task assignments

Job Requirement:

–　　 1. Bachelor or Master degree in Urban Planning.

–　　 2. 3 years’ experience as an urban planner.

–　　 3. Strong writing skills, planning ability, hand-sketching ability and other professional skills

–　　 Familiar with national architecture, urban planning professional design norms

–　　 4. Familiar with design software, such as OFFICE, PHOTOSHOP, CAD, SKETCHUP, Ai

–　　 5. Experience on cultural travel planning is a plus.
