  • 岗位职责:
    1.负责技术美术相关功能研究,根据具体职能,完成诸如渲染特性,程序化制作流程等功能的实现与优化;
    2.负责推进渲染性能和美术效果相关优化工作;
    3.充分了解美术各环节制作中的需求和问题,提供技术支持,完善流程,提升效率;
    4.根据项目开发中策划、美术和程序的变化,不断性维护游戏美术内容开发流程、规范,以及引擎工具的使用;
    5.编写技术文档,参与美术资源库的建设工作;

  • 任职资格:
    1.有较好的图形学基础和数学功底;
    2.对策划及程序的工作方式有足够的了解,能较好地与策划和程序进行项目协同开发,协助解决美术和程序间的技术问题;
    3.熟悉常用3D美术内容制作工具,如:3DMax/Maya、Houdini、Zbrush、Photoshop、Substance、Blender等;
    4.精通Unity开发,熟悉图形渲染管线,了解光照模型,常用后处理特性,能够独立使用节点式Shader编辑器完成材质制作;
    5.2年以上技术美术相关经验。有较好的逻辑思维能力,工作积极主动

Job   description 1.Responsible   for the research on technical art related functions, and complete the   realization and optimization of functions such as rendering characteristics   and procedural production processes according to specific functions. 2.Responsible for promoting   the optimization of rendering performance and art effects. 3.Fully understand the needs   and problems in the production of all aspects of art, provide technical   support, improve the process, and improve efficiency. 4.Continuously   maintain the game art content development process, specifications, and the   use of engine tools according to changes in planning, art and programs during   project development. 5.Write technical documents   and participate in the construction of art resource library.

Job   Requirements 1.Good foundation in graphics   and mathematics. 2.Have a sufficient   understanding of the working methods of planning and programming, be able to   develop projects in coordination with planning and programming, and assist in   solving technical problems between art and programming. 3.Familiar with common 3D art   content production tools, such as: 3DMax/Maya, Houdini, Zbrush, Photoshop,   Substance, Blender, etc. 4.Proficient in Unity   development. 5.Familiar   with the graphics rendering pipeline, understand the lighting model, common   post-processing features, and be able to independently use the node-based   Shader editor to complete material production. 6.2+   years of technical art related experience. Have good logical thinking   ability, work proactively.
