　　ELIZABETH FENG与美国建筑师及艺术家 JON ERIC RIIS & RICHARD MAFONG一起成立了HOUSE LAND INTERN ATIONAL ARCH ITECTS LLC，并在中国上海建立了上海海斯兰德建筑规划设计有限公司。公司的宗旨是希望将传统意义上的艺术设计与建筑设计进行融合成就真正的建筑艺术。并通过事务所内优秀的建筑师、规划师在中国设计出杰出的建筑作品并为客户创造价值。

　　公司的设计理念是将建筑设计更加艺术设计化，注重完美与和谐，秉承美国公司既有的浪漫华丽的设计风格，又巧妙了结合中国古典与东南亚古典相关元素，使传统的欧美风格更趋于国际化，同时大胆运用新材料新工艺，使建筑设计中古典韵味通过现代手法的到更时尚和完美的表现。使作品在具有古典神韵的同时带着强烈的现代气息。产生中西合璧，古典与现代结合，艺术与建筑结合的效果，从而达到雅俗共赏的目的。
